Located just 7 miles away from the crystal blue waters of Clearwater Beach and the Clearwater Aquarium. A 4 mile drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands. Rent a kayak and take in the amazing shelling, dolphin and manatee sighting. Charter fishing and dolphin cruises are available at the downtown Marina. Exceptional! This property is better than described. It is beautifully appointed with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and very comfortable beds. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quaint location, close to shops and restaurants.. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. I would add an additional star to this property if I could. I can’t wait until my next booking here.

We had a fantastic time in Dunedin! The house is adorable. We all thought that the pictures didn’t do it justice! It’s not clear at first because we were thinking there was only 1 shower because the listing is a little misleading! After lookin closely at the photos I did see that 2nd shower and was happy about that! We used the golf cart for one day which was so much fun. Getting it back in the shed was a little tricky because you almost have to have a “running start “ to get over the lip on the bottom. So making that more like a ramp would be useful. Thank goodness it went well. I loved the backyard! Everything about the house was A okay! I would love to stay there again soon!

First time in Dunedin

We enjoyed a great week in Dunedin, especially our stay at Larissa’s home. The front porch was our spot for mornings and evenings. Larissa is an attentive host who responds very quickly. But we literally didn’t need a thing during our stay. The neighborhood is a true community as we witnessed neighbors who were friendly and caring with each other- we felt right at home. And the location was great for all we wanted to do. Thanks Larissa for everything-we hope to come back to Dunedin and book your home again.

Morgan Wallen concert

We came to Tampa to see Wallen. This house is so cute and clean- super conveniently located to everything. Having a golf cart to use was so slick. Larissa was great with having lists of favorites for restaurants, breweries along with their favorite places to go visit shop ect. Such a great trip and little town. We will Be back

Newly remodeled house. Very cute 3 bedroom (all have TVs), 2 bathroom. Nice front porch to drink your morning coffee. Washer and dryer. Cozy living room to relax. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Also, highly recommend renting the golf cart. This place is close to downtown. If you are wanting exercise you can walk downtown. However, it is nice to be able to cruise around to the dollar general and pick up snacks. You can also use the golf cart to see the Toronto Blue Jays practice stadium. All in all a great place to rent. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place, fun times! *****

We had a great time on our short trip to Dunedin. The house was perfect and CLEAN, we enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and relaxing in the private shaded backyard in the evenings. We had great sleep in the beds and the room darkening shades were much appreciated. We kayaked to Caladesi Island and had a picnic lunch there as well as a nice cold drink at High and Dry Grill when we got back. We enjoyed the wings at Pinehurst Pub as well as some drinks at a few places downtown like Rosie's, Mango and Marley's and Crown and Bull. We rented e-bikes from Kafe Racer and biked the Pinellas Trail out to Tarpon Springs and back, it was such a beautiful trail. Adding the golf cart rental was such a convenience and made a breeze to get around and park everywhere. I will definitely stay here again, great location and lots to do in the area. The host was amazing to work with.

Girls weekend

We had a fabulous girls weekend in Dunedin. This little house was the perfect location. And having 2 patios, outside and inside was perfect! We brought bikes and rose tin Honeymoon Island from the house… proximity to the Pinellas Trail is great. Then enjoyed all the things downtown Dunedin has to offer. Loved all the details of local info and cute decor. Will be back for sure!

Charming Bungalow Retreat

Our recent stay at the beachy bungalow was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. The bungalow itself exuded charm and comfort, with tasteful decor and all the amenities one could ask for. The highlight, however, was the beautiful backyard oasis. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration, with lush greenery and comfortable seating. The added bonus of having access to a golf cart to explore the area was a game-changer. It provided a level of convenience and freedom that truly enhanced our stay. One aspect that truly stood out was LaRissa's exceptional communication. From the moment we booked our stay until the day we checked out, she was readily available to answer any questions and offer recommendations, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Overall, our time at the beachy bungalow was nothing short of magical. It offered the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and convenience.

The house was super nice, clean and comfortable. The yard and the front porch were great for reading and relaxing. The trail was a shirt bike ride away. We wish we had rented the golf cart because the walk downtown was just outside of our comfort zone.

We really enjoyed this lovely home near downtown Dunedin. The house was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It was a short drive to downtown, where there is a lot to do. We would gladly stay again.

Nice Quiet Stay-centrally located

Nicely updated property. We stayed here with 3 adults and two children ages 3 and 4. The enclosed outdoor porch is wonderful-though you cannot open any windows on it. The bunkbeds are perfect for kids. The beds were very comfortable. Also having 2 bathrooms was great for our group. Located in a quiet residential area about a 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown Dunedin or a 5 minute drive. Owner was very responsive when questions arose. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to the Clearwater, Dunedin, Tampa area. We spent a weekend for a football game and it was very clean and a great location. Larissa was great and easy to communicate with. No need to stay anywhere else

This was exactly as pictured/described. Beds SUPER comfy! Very clean and tastefully decorated! Close enough to walk to downtown Dunedin or take a golf cart ride - choice is yours!
