Leave all your worries behind in this home and relax and unwind with family or friends. Remodeled with new drywall plumbing and furnishings as well as a stocked modern kitchen. Spend the day sightseeing at the beach a few minutes away or head 20 minutes away to downtown St Pete. Each bedroom and living area has a television, with subscriptions to all the great channels, to relax and stay in for the evening or have a lazy morning. We provide beach chairs and beach towels to take to the beach.

Guest will have access to the entire home. There is a smart lock entry located at the back door.

We have a self check in process but someone is available for assistance during your stay.

The beaches in our area are a 28 mile stretch of barrier islands on the West coast of Florida stretching from Clearwater beach on one end and St. Pete beach on the other. Treasure Island Indian Rocks beach and Madeira beach are all located between the two. On the opposite side of the islands there is the intercoastal water separating them from the City of Tampa. Home to the Bucs and a sightseeing treasure trove in its own right.

Trip Advisor also recognizes Ft. Desoto State Park, Caladesi Island State Park, Passé-a-grille, and Clearwater beach among the best in the U.S.
Johns Pass Village in Madeira beach is a shopping and dining destination and also offers boating excursions and deep sea fishing as well as jet ski rentals.

Leaving Tampa airport- Take 60 W ramp to Clearwater

Take to U.S. 19 and turn left on frontage Rd

Use the left lane to take the U.S. 19 S Ramp

Take 686 edit off of 19 onto 686 East bay Dr

Turn left on 6th St SW

Turn right onto 1st Ave Sw

Turn left onto Ridge Rd S W

Turn right on 5Th Ave SW and it’s the first house on the left at the corner of Ridge Rd SW and 5th Ave SW

Parking is located off the alley on the right side of the house.

Parking is on the right driveway off the alley on the right side of the house. Please park with enough space for someone to be able to walk into the garage and drop off deliveries or pick up items. There is a fence gate located next to the driveway where you will go through to get to the door with your code. There are two units here so you will pass the first door with a seaturtle for the studio apt and the next door near the hot tub area with a mermaid is your door with the smart lock. You are able to book the studio also if it’s available if you need another room. Just message us for availability and the link to reserve.

Please also note that while a grill is provided the propane tank is not filled with gas. You can take it to exchange for a full one at Walmart or Home Depot and most gas stations.
Please shower before getting into the hot tub and wear shoes to walk there from the house. Especially sand from the beach and suntan oil can damage the hot tub and it also helps it to stay clean during your stay.

We have toys for children and games and puzzles for adults as well as books to relax when you are at home. There are beach chairs an umbrella and a crib can be supplied for a small fee.

Lawn service and pool service for the hot tub varies and they will just go into the yard to begin work without notice. They will never come after 6 pm.

Trash service is on Tuesdays for both recycle and regular trash and just regular on Fridays.

Early arrival $75 and late departure $50 can be scheduled in advance. Last minute requests will try to be organized for you but during peak season, demands on local cleaning services can sometimes make this not possible if not scheduled ahead of time. Add on nights, that aren’t booked before and after your stay, for 50-80 percent off depending on the time of year and how close to the dates we are.
Please follow noise ordinance from the city from 10 pm to 7 am
Please move any furniture moved to its original place.
Grill is provided but propane needs to be purchased by guests. You can exchange at any Home Depot and most gas stations.
