Hyvin varusteltu tilava 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyamme autotallissa ja tarpeeksi pysäköintialusta veneelle, matkailuautolle tai useille ajoneuvoille, jotka sijaitsevat alle mailin päässä Indian Rocksin venerampista sisävesiväylällä ja Indian Rocks Beachillä. Madeiran rantaan ja kaikkiin eteläisiin rantoihin pääsee helposti rantavaunulla. Tässä kodissa nukkuu 6 on iso keittiö, 2 olohuonetta ja ilmastoitu Lanai. Siinä on myös ihana takapiha, joka on täydellinen iltatapahtumien jälkeen vedellä pidetyn päivän jälkeen.

We've stayed here often. There are so many great things: location, house layout, weather..I would say that an area of improvement would be to supply the basics. Toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, better frying pan, cutting board. If a guest is staying more than a week, then cleaning supplies. Vacume, decent broom etc

This house is located in nice quiet neighborhood and close to anything you need. Its a big house but the Florida room might be the best part. Nice yard but needs some tlc and lights out back.

The house is perfect size for families of all sizes! The location is in the middle of anything and everything, so popping to the grocery store wasn't an issue. The only thing I would change would be updating the mattresses and pillows, but honestly everything else was fantastic!!! I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at this home alot. Its in a perfect location and in a beautiful neighborhood. It looks like the pictures show and is very big and roomy inside. The lani is huge and very nice and the dog loved the big fenced in yard. We had use of the garage for storage which was real nice for our bikes. We had great communication with the manager, Courtney, and she came over whenever needed. The yard and house needs a little sprucing up but overall it was great. I even found a great church to go to close by. Many churches here. Also the beach is maybe a 5 minute drive from there.

We enjoyed our stay in the home. The spacious home was very clean. We were in the area to visit family and the local beaches. The kitchen had everything you would need. The back yard was very private and we enjoyed the privacy. Overall a good choice for our visit and I would stay again!

This is a spacious home, and is quite comfortable. It has many rooms and many places to stretch out and relax. 6-8 people fit just fine. The location is excellent, as it is in a nice neighborhood and only about a mile from the beach. I can recommend this home without reservation.

We like where the home is located. It’s close to our Son and family. We like that it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were able to meet Harriet and Courtney and they are both very nice. Courtney came to fix the TV and Harriet stopped by and fixed the microwave issue. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

We had a great stay in Harriet’s home. It was my husband, myself, our adult children and our dog, Lucy. The home is in a great location and close to many beaches and restaurants. It was clean and had everything that we needed to be comfortable. Lucy enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. We will definitely be back again!

Convenient location. Neighborhood quiet ∋ce. House CLEAN. Florida room perfect family meals. Dogs loved chasing the lizards in the fenced yard. BUT the rental is not perfect. Dining room chairs need to be replaced. More bath towels should have been provided...we only had 4 adults staying at the house...had there been 6, 2 would have had to air dry. Mattresses were ok. I had to buy a toilet seat assist bars for my 80 year old mother-in-law because the toilets are 80s style lowboy which she wasn't able to get up from. The main bath with the jacuzzi tub was impossible for her to get in and out of on her own. BUT in the owners defense, she does not list it as ADA compliant. The shower door in the master bath only opens slightly before hitting the toilet, so it's a bit awkward and hard to get in and out. The mixing valve is like a combination lock to get the water temp right. The Kitchen is a nice size and well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups etc, but only 2 steak knives. Fridge had no interior bulbs, the water and ice machine are not working. Dishwasher worked but not great. There was no dish rack for hand washing dishes. BBQ was a cheap little charcoal grill that fit 8 burgers max. This visit was to spend time with relatives, it was a pain to set up grill 2 times/day. Slop sink on side of house filled with water & mosquito larve. Overall, The rental was good for us and we managed with it's shortcomings and had a very nice time. I would recommend to others

I just returned to Illinois from a seven week stay in this home. I've been coming to the area for 13 years, traveling the the last 7 of those with my mini dachshund. Seminole has always been my favorite place to stay with my dog, and this house is in the best location, convenient to all of the restaurants and Gulf Blvd. locations I enjoy. Best of all, the gulf is only a few minutes away, over the intercoastal bridge. The house itself is clean and comfortable. I especially like the split floor plan, convenient when I had family visit, and my grandchildren were thrilled with the spacious Florida room for spreading out and playing games. My dog Rudy loved chasing lizards in the fenced back yard (even though he rarely caught one lol.) The neighborhood is quiet, and a great place to walk Rudy. Harriet responded immediately to the few minor issues I had and they were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. All in all, it was a wonderful visit, and I am looking forward to returning!

This is a great house for the money. Very spacious. The only two issues we had were the showers and the beds. It was difficult to figure out how to get the hot water to work in the shower. The other issue was the beds. All of the mattresses were older and overly firm. A 3 or 4 inch memory foam pad would work wonders. The Murphy bed was broken when we arrived and unusable. We were counting on having 3 queen sized beds. The first night we had to sleep on couches. Harriet was kind to bring a queen sized air mattress the next day, but we paid for a three bedroom house with 3 functioning beds and only had two. Checkout was easy and Harriet was very pleasant to work with.
