Mornings start under the pergola string lights with coffee and the hammock. Afternoons are for the beach - chairs, cooler, towels, and umbrella loaded from the patio bench. Sleeps ten: king master, two queens, queen sleeper sofa, two foldable twins. Carport out front, downtown Clearwater 10 minutes away.

A short drive to both Clearwater Beach and Belleair Beach, our newly built single-story home sits on a quiet residential street and has welcomed over 150 stays. Between the covered patio, the fenced backyard, and a fully equipped kitchen, a beach morning and a grill dinner make for an easy day.

Every bedroom sits on the main floor, no stairs anywhere in the house. The king master is on its own with an en-suite bath and a walk-in closet, and an ergonomic work desk and chair for the remote-work morning. The two queen bedrooms are set up for couples or older kids, each with a high-end mattress and remote-controlled lights and fan speed you can run from bed. Two foldable twin mattresses on wheels are stored in the bedrooms until needed - rolled out when the group needs them, tucked away when they don’t.

The patio is the part of the house guests keep mentioning. Sliding glass doors off the kitchen open onto a covered patio with a Weber gas grill, a pergola strung with string lights, and a hammock for two. Beyond it, a fenced grass backyard with white vinyl privacy fencing keeps the kids and the evening contained while dinner cooks. The patio storage bench keeps the beach gear ready for the morning - beach towels, cooler on wheels, four chairs, and an umbrella stowed inside. Park under the carport on the right side to keep the car out of the Florida sun, with extra space in the driveway and on the street.
