Tämä tilava trooppinen loma-asunto on vain muutaman askeleen päässä valkoiselle hiekkarannalle. Se on tehty sinulle ja perheellesi kaikilla mukavuuksilla, joita tarvitaan rentouttavalle lomalle. Pohjapiirros on iso, mukava olohuone, joka avautuu ruokasalille ja Floridan huoneeseen. Kolmannessa huoneessa on kaksi king size-vuodetta ja mukava kuningatar.
Sijaitsee Clearwater Beachin pohjoispäässä (Expedian nimi # 1 ranta Yhdysvalloissa ja numero 8 maailmanlaajuisesti). Vain minuutin helpon kävelymatkan päässä turmeltumattomalta Persianlahden rannalta, josta voit nauttia lämpimistä trooppisista tuulista, jauhehiekkarannasta ja maailman tunnetuimmista auringonlaskuista! Vaikka olet ihanteellisella paikalla pohjoisen rannan asuinalueella, olet kävelymatkan päässä laiturilta 60, ravintoloista, baareista ja ostosmahdollisuuksista. Yksityinen pysäköinti, ulkopuolella kuisti, polkupyöriä käytettäväksi, rantatuoleja, aurinkovarjoja ja rantapyyhkeitä ja kaasugrilli, jotta vierailustasi poissa kotoa. Vaunupalvelu kulkee talon 30 minuutin välein kaikkiin rantatoimintoihin, kauppoihin ja ravintoloihin sekä muihin paikallisiin rantoihin. Ilmastointi, kaapeli-taulutelevisio ja langaton internetyhteys. Clearwater-perheen vesikeskus sijaitsee aivan kadun varrella. Siellä on olympiakokoinen uima-allas ja liitetty lasten leikkipaikka liukumäkein, ruiskuttavat vesisuihkut ja vesiputoukset - runsaasti tilaa auringonottoon, suuret sateenvarjot varjoon ja perheen piknik-alueet - kysy meiltä ilmaisia kulkureittejä!

The layout of the house was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The floor plan really was Ideal and having the laundry on the premises really made a difference. The kitchen had the right supplies . The host provided everything from sheets to towels to beach, chairs and beautiful sunsets!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this super sweet bungalow to anyone wanting to visit the Clearwater area. Super quiet residential neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed eating on the porch everyday. MaryHelen was a great host and had everything we needed including things like beach chairs and umbrellas. We hope to come back again soon!

Great location! A lot of room. Plenty of dressers to put clothing along with big closet space. Comfortable bed. The a/c thermostat went out while we were at the property and the owner had a technician there within an hour to replace it. Very good communication during the whole stay.

Awesome place to stay!

We loved our week at the Beachcomer! Quick walk to the beach, perfect house for a family of 4- everyone had their own room which always makes for a great family vacation! The house itself is beautiful and fully updated. We appreciated having beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels to take to the beach. You do share a laundry room with the unit next-door- not an issue for us as I only do a load of two. But if 2 families that do lots of laundry are there at the same time, you’d have to work it out. There are tons of restaurants and shopping about a 20 minute walk away. We usually walked- except one night when it rained. There is also a trolley shuttle u can take, although we didn’t try it. Definitely book this place!!

Family Vacation

We chose this property for our family vacation this year and I am sure glad we did. We have stayed in a few different rentals the last few years and this one was our favorite so far. The house was beautiful inside and clean. The perfect spot for my family to spread out and have a space. We were just minutes from a quiet spot on the beach. The laundry facilities were a plus. Thanks for a great stay!

Great vacation

Great location. Short walk to beach made it easy with 3 small children. Short drive to town, short walk to trolley to town. Kids enjoyed trolley. Free passes to local pool turned out to be great too. Floors a little dirty and the only reason I know that is because my one year old scoots on her bottom and she was filthy! But I assume that comes with beach property. Would not take a star off for that.We had a super time!! Thanks Maryhelen!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 6. We loved how close it was to the beach and that it was on the less crowded north end, but still a short drive to food and shops. We were happy to see pickle ball and basketball courts nearby for our kids. The only suggestion would be to add to kitchen supplies as they were limited and it was not easy to cook for a party of 6.

Lovely! Short Walk to Beach

The property was so cute and just a couple blocks walk to the beach. It was far enough away from Pier 60 to be quiet and have lots of space to relax! I would love to stay here again! There was also a shower outside to wash off which was super convenient.

quaint and comfortable

we enjoyed the size of home- the rooms- comfort of beds- and numerous tvs for keeping all 4 teens and 10 year old satisfied. owners were awesome- available for any issue that was promptly resolved. in particular/ thank goodness they were there as we packed up to head home. helped me with problems with my car- gave us a bungee and advice and we’re just super all around! will come back again!!!

Perfect location near dog-accessible beach

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachcomber rental. We were worried that the property would have suffered damage due to Helene, and it did. But the owner fixed everything up really nicely with new furniture, new appliances, new everything. It turned out nicer even than shown in the pictures. With the quiet North Beach only one block away, while still within easy walking distance of restaurants, the location was perfect. Especially our black lab had a great time roaming the beach and swimming in the ocean. We also enjoyed the nearby pickleball courts in McKay park, with open play in the morning but enough availability to get in some games with the family in the early afternoon.

Excellent rental

Can’t complain about the stay at all. The only disappointment was they property listed a pool as an amenity, but the pool referenced is a community pool with limited hours (12p-5p) and this was not listed in the posting anywhere. Place otherwise was fantastic, very clean and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Maybe take the access to a pool out of the listing. We will return if/when we decide to come back to. Clearwater Beach. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Nice Location by the Beach

We loved the house. It was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent! So close to the beach. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Maryhelen was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and caring. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach getaway

Maryhelen's beach home is lovely! It's in a quiet neighborhood super close to the beach. We loved so many things about it. It was clean with beach towels, chairs, bikes and beach toys for those with families It's close to Pier 60 ( 1 mile ) and a lot of the action that Clearwater offers. I loved, however, heading back to our quiet space in a residential neighborhood. We are a family of 5 with furry friends and they loved the beach as well. They also loved the little fenced in area around the yard. It was so close that going back and forth from beach to house was not a big deal. Maryhelen was responsive and made the check in process easy. She was lovely as well. Would stay again.

Relaxing stay in great location

Great home away from home. Quiet area but close to everything. Comfortable and sunny home with both privacy and common areas for 3 friends on a getaway vacation. Away from the hubbub but we could walk or bike to see both sunrise on the bay and sunset on the beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Our host was very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!
