You will enjoy four balconies, a patio, and a full kitchen stocked with the essentials. You will be conveniently located between Clearwater, Tampa and St. Petersburg, and less than an hour from the St. Pete–Clearwater Airport and Tampa Airport.

GREEN? Solar panels power 83% of our home's electric usage + EV universal charger available (Fee: $0.25/kWh). So you can expect to have a great vacation while also helping the environment.

When you arrive, you will be on the ground floor. Exiting the elevator on the main level is an open designed kitchen, dining & living room area with a balcony. There is also a full bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a queen bed and small balcony. On the third floor, you will find the other three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms share a full bathroom while the master has it's own full bathroom and balcony.

You will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, patio, and garage. Parking accommodates up to four vehicles (2 in garage + 2 in driveway). To enter the home, walk under the balcony to the left and into the patio area. The door is immediately to your right. An entry code and directions to unlock the door will be provided on the day of your arrival.

To get to the beach, walk right out of the garage to the end of Whispering Pines Drive, take a right on 191st Ave, turn left at Gulf Blvd and walk to 190th Avenue West. You will see a walking bridge at the end of a small parking lot.

There are a variety of restaurants on the island. Grocery stores and a pharmacy are within 2 miles across the draw bridge.

You will also be within walking distance to one of the most unique dive bars anywhere, Mahuffer's, as well as a Indian Shores Coffee shop and Salt Rock Grill.

Salt Rock Grill has great outdoor dining on the bay with exceptional food and service.

There are three cameras on the outside of the property, two on the driveway and one on the patio. There is also one camera in the garage. All cameras collect both images and sound and are used solely for security purposes.
