To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following:

Digital Rental Agreement & ID: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This process is completed digitally and cannot be done in person.

Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times are in place. Early check-in may be available upon request; please message us to inquire. A $50 fee may be applied if arrivals or departures interfere with cleaning schedules.

🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



Pack ’n Plays: Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please request at the time of booking to confirm.

Supplies & Towels: Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days; please use the in-unit washer and dryer to refresh them. For stays of 5+ nights, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.

Items Left Behind: Guests are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for returned items. We are not responsible for loss or damage to left items once guests depart.
