8 minute walk to USF, 15 min walk to Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital and 20 minutes/1 mile to the bustling activity of Central Avenue.

Of course there is wifi!

There is no cable TV but we do have a SmartTV.

No more than 4 souls allowable in the home please. For example: 3 people 1 dog or 4 people ... you get the idea. ;)


Small dogs are welcomed - No Cats please. Both my house cleaner and our family are highly allergic to cats.

If you would like to bring your dog please let us know when you are inquiring about your dates. There is a pet fee.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but just be aware that the fence outside is not dog escape proof - so if your dog is a runner do not let them out without a leash.

Be sure to properly protect your dog against fleas. Florida is a mecca of fleas and your dog will pick them up after just a few minutes outside.

We do not allow any dog breeds mixed with: Staffordshire Bull Terrier / American Staffordshire Terrier / American Pit Bull Terrier / American Bully or Bull Terrier.
