Start your day sipping coffee on the balcony, then stroll down to the beach to catch some rays. Located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and famous landmarks, this townhome ensures the whole crew stays entertained!

After an adventurous day, return home to prepare a meal in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen and watch a family favorite on the large flat screen SmartTV. Every floor has its very own balcony with a perfect corner view of the water and boat dock.

All Bedrooms have cozy comforters, extra pillows, and a large flat screen Smart TV! Bathrooms are stocked with fresh fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer.

Garage parking is available with Direct access into the house.  Washer and Dryer are located in the garage for your convenience, along with all the Necessities for a relaxing day at the beach.

We’d stay here again if we could afford to and the Dolphins swimming by the jetty were our favorite experience here. It’s walking distance to a great coffee shop and many restaurants- so we didn’t worry at all about beach traffic or parking.

The house is very nice. We did not know the home is spread over 3 floors so lots of steps. You come in on the ground floor. Living room and kitchen on 1st floor, 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor. A bathroom on each floor including the fiirst. Beautiful views from the windows. Dock was nice to walk on but small and shared with other guest. The balcony on the first floor had a loose bar that created a significant opening for a small kid or dog to fall. I let the owner know. The biggest problem is the owner filed a claim for insurance saying we "took a decorative boat". I told him we put the boat on top of the refrigerator so our kids wouldn't play with it and forgot to put it back on the table. He said they found it but couldn't change his insurance claim after filed. Then proceeded to say some items were broken. We have rented VRBO for 14 years and never had a complaint. My husband said the vase claimed had been previously broken & glued upon our arrival.We didn’t break or damage anything. The owner kept saying not to worry the insurance would be charged not us. If you stay here take pictures of everything upon your arrival.

We had the best time! This cute condo was perfect and had everything we needed for the week. They had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. They even had beach toys which my daughter loved. We never had to drive anywhere. The beach is only a 5-minute walk and we could walk to many shops and restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was the Clear Sky Cafe. This was our first vacation to Clearwater, and it did not disappoint. When we arrived, the house was ready and very clean. If you forgot some necessities, they had you covered. One of the best things was being able to walk out on the dock and sit and watch the boats go by. Nighttime was beautiful out there. The neighbors were very friendly, and it was such a peaceful spot. We did not want to leave, and we cannot wait to come back and stay here again. In my opinion it is the best place down in that part of Clearwater to stay. Everything was top notch!! Thank you to the lovely owners who were quick to answer our questions and were absolutely amazing.

Very good location - very accommodating

Condo was very nice. Close proximity to everything, which was nice so we didn’t need a car. The dock was great for fishing and having a few drinks later in the evening. There are 3 floors above the ground floor, so going up and down the stairs certainly got us some exercise throughout the week, so we didn’t mind them. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our two families. Big bonus was all the extra beach equipment including several beach chairs and a few umbrellas- plus a wagon to haul them down and a cooler. It was a great place to spend the week.

There was a roofer that was blocking our parking. Had trouble.getting someone to help w/parking problem. Shower not draining properly. Outside look of building looked run down. Roofer working on roof at 8am. So much noise not able to sleep in. The blinds hard to open and close.

Amazing rental property

This place was great, right next to a marina with a nice dock to lounge at. Within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants, a great breakfast shop, and most importantly, the beach. Comes with a beach cart and multiple beach chairs. Great entertainment space in the living room and everything you need to cook a big meal in the kitchen. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great hosts and terrific vacation location!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. We had a group of nine staying for our spring break. We loved the quiet property with a beautiful view of the bay and the dock. We also loved being just a couple blocks from the beach and easy walking distance to all of the restaurants, shops, and fun. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a great touch. We couldn’t have asked for much more. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Spectacular Views

Well equipped kitchen, clean home. The views from the home are gorgeous and sitting on the dock is heaven! Park your car and almost never need to use it, beach, bars and restaurants are all just a stroll away. Our stay was for 3 weeks and we wished it was longer!

Walking distance to everything but far enough away

Went with a group of guys this weekend. Place was immaculate upon arrival with easy communication with the host. You have beautiful harbor views throughout the house. All furniture, appliances, and bedding is good quality. You can walk to all the action in Clearwater but the neighborhood still felt quiet. 5 stars

Great location and nice place.

The location was great, and the check in process was simple and easy. Parking was also a great benefit as the two car garage helped immensely. It was also awesome to have the beach chairs and umbrellas to use. I would definitely recommend and we would stay again!

Perfect Location - Book Now!

I stayed here with my family - 2 adults, 4 year old, 18mos and 2 uncles and this spot was perfect! They were very kid friendly - pack n play, high chair, kitchen supplies and a plus was all of the beach supplies! They had a dump trunk and all sorts of sand toys with beach chairs, cooler and a wagon! Just a short walk to the beach which was perfect. It is three levels so I suggested a baby gate which they said they would definitely investigate. We just used a large suitcase to block the stairs :). We’d definitely stay here again!! I felt like the three floors gave more privacy to each family. The “nook”/closet on the second floor was perfect for the pack n play! So almost like three rooms for our family! Bathrooms were big and we loved the huge shower! Book it now!

Friends annual vacation

7 of us stayed here or our annual vacation in clearwater beach and we loved the condo! It is a great location, roomy, very nice bathrooms, and overall great place. It is close to everything and we would stay here again.
