The deck is adjacent to the refreshing pool and hot tub (not jetted), offering an awesome hangout area. Spend time on the private dock, ideal for sunbathing, fishing, or hopefully seeing the dolphins go by! Football Sunday’s, card games at the table, sunbathing on the deck, a dip in the pool, fish off the dock…..it doesn’t get much better than this!! NOTE: *** The pool and hot tub heat is an additional cost and will not be on without prior set up. We recommend you add pool heat between November and mid April. It is optional. Cost is $35/day for the heat addition****
