Salty Sunrise - Private Heated Pool Paradise In IRB Only Minutes To The Beach w/ Golf Cart

Welcome to Salty Sunrise, a newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in beautiful sunny Indian Rocks Beach! As soon as you walk into the home, you are surrounded by coastal comfort. The neutral color palette draws inspiration from the sandy beaches and quiet waters of the Gulf Coast. This raised cottage comfortably sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8 with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The large balcony beckons you to sit a spell in the rocking chairs as you sip your cool sweet tea and enjoy the gentle Gulf breeze. The covered lanai features a comfortable seating area and large dining table, the ideal place for the family to enjoy supper by the pool. The beach is only a short walk away, but why walk when you can take the 6-seater golf cart, which is included with the cottage (Access provided upon signing a waiver). Whether spending the day at the beach or relaxing by the pool, Salty Sunrise has everything you need for the ideal beach vacation.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator w/ water/ice dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig & drip coffee maker, toaster, and Ninja blender. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Round dining table with seating for 6.

Living Room: Comfortable seating with a Queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, and sitting chair, along with a bench, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom 1: A King-size bed, end tables w/ reading lamps, a large wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom 1 (En-suite): Single vanity sink, toilet, and step-in shower w/ detachable shower head. No tub.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and TV.

Bathroom 2: Double vanity sinks, toilet, shower/tub combination w/ detachable shower head.

Bedroom 3: (2) Twin beds (best for kids), ceiling fan, and TV.

Outdoors: A private, fenced-in back yard with a heated pool, sun loungers w/ umbrella, a lounge area underneath the building with ceiling fans and outdoor dining, and a gas grill. Six-seater golf cart included (access provided upon signing a waiver). Beach equipment provided includes beach chairs, boogieboards, and beach towels.

*Exterior cameras are present for security and insurance purposes. Tampering with cameras will result in a penalty fee. This property has cameras in the following locations: 2 in the front of the house, one facing the driveway, and one facing the stairs
Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Golf Cart Policy: Guests must be 25 years of age and sign a safety and liability waiver before driving the golf cart. If a waiver is not completed, access instructions cannot be provided. Golf cart cannot be driven on Gulf Blvd (i.e. North/South) and can only cross Gulf Blvd. Can be parked in any space at 12th Avenue beach, including (Golf Cart, IRB resident only, and open) parking spaces for free.

Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property provides 6 parking spaces in the driveway. There is no street or grass parking.
