Pet Policy

This home is pet friendly
There is a $125 pet charge (for up to 2 dogs)
We can accept up to 2 small dogs that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental.
Pets are not allowed onto the furniture, sand, or the beach.
Pets must be quiet to respect the neighbors and Indian Rocks Beach Ordinance Codes.
Pet waste must be picked up by the owner.
Absolutely no dogs are allowed in the pool. A $250 fee will be imposed if it is discovered your dog(s) have been in the pool.
The following dog breeds not allowed: Pit bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bulldog) German Shepherds, Akitas, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff Breed, Malamutes, Cane Corso, Husky, Chow Chow, Any Wolf Hybrid, Great Danes.

Smart TV Cable Service

There are six (6) Smart TVs in total and all of them include YouTubeTV cable service. Guests can also use your own streaming accounts (ex.: Netflix) on any of the TV’s

Internet

Internet is 300Mb/sec service (meshed network inside/outside for full internet capabilities both inside and outside (by pool/dock))

Pool Heat

Please note that this rental uses an electric pool heat pump system. What this means is that heat pumps draw warmth from the surrounding air and simply transfers it to the pool. They are 100% dependent on the outside weather conditions (temperature and winds) on how they heat. We set the heat pump thermostat at 85 degrees F from November 1 - March 31 every year but we can’t guarantee that the pool temperature will be at this desired temperature on any day. For example, if the heat pump is set to 85 degrees F, and the outside ambient temperature is at 63 degrees F with windy conditions, the pool heat might not be able to meet the 85 degrees the thermostat is calling for under these adverse weather conditions.

Dock & Boat Lifts

The dock is available to anchor or moor boats, wave runners, and other water vessels (all must be approved by owner) with a separate and signed Dock Liability and Indemnification Waiver contract.
There is a full time outside camera overlooking the dock at all times for compliance of dock use
Boat Lifts are not available to use

Travel Insurance

We also stress the importance of guests purchasing travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel. For a small amount of money, travel insurance can go a long way. We highly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance (we recommend Travel Guard as they offer different plans i.e., `Cancel for any reason`)

RENTAL LIABILITY WAIVER: Our property provides you with a unique opportunity for activities such as swimming, fishing, enjoying the outside decks, dock, pool, and fire table. We want you to take advantage of these amenities and have a memorable visit. However, by agreeing to our channel partner and property management rules and rental agreement, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that inter-coastal waters, pools, docks, decks, stairs, fires, and boating may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. If you swim, we strongly recommend the use of life jackets. Additionally, because the water at the end of the dock is approximately 3` - 4` deep, no diving off the dock is allowed. By agreeing to the channel partners or the property manager rules and rental agreement, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners and property manager for accidents or claims arising from these activities.
