Welcome to your 2-story cottage on the beach! The main house is on the second floor of the home- the third bedroom, second bathroom, and laundry room are on the first floor. The home contains three bedrooms; one with memory foam King-sized mattress, and two with memory foam Queen-sized mattresses. All rooms come equipped with their own Smart TVs. All bedrooms have closets with hangers for your personal belongings.

In the hallway closet is a variety of games such as a deck of cards, Monopoly, UNO, Connect4, and Jenga. There is also a first aid kit, extra towels, 2 backpack coolers, miscellaneous cleaning supplies, and extra storage.

The bathrooms have a bathtub/shower with long-lasting hot water supply, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. A hair dryer and plenty of extra towels are supplied as well.

The family room boasts a 65" Smart TV with a comfortable couch and sitting area. You can also enjoy laying back with a good book as the bookshelf under the TV contains a small collection of literature.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, blender, french press, full fridge and freezer, full set of pots and pans, and a dishwasher.

On the lower deck, you will find a fire pit with 6 chairs, a ping pong table, a foosball table, a dining table, and an outdoor shower.

On the upper deck, you will find an array of patio furniture including a dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, a full set of patio couches, and a hammock. You are also supplied with a grill and cornhole set.

Your beach equipment includes a 10ftx10ft Sun Ninja, 2 coolers, a beach wagon, 6 beach chairs, 4 yoga mats, and 2 large beach blankets/mats.
