Escape the cold in the Sunset Capital of Florida, St Pete Beach, at The Love Shack! This house has been completely remodeled and offers 1800 square feet of indoor space, plus a garage, lanai, and back yard.
If you love to cook, the kitchen is a chef's delight with all of the tools, and a huge granite island. A gas grill out back awaits your favorite foods! If eating out is your thing, there are plenty of nearby restaurants, many within a short walk.
The bedrooms have brand new beds, and in the large Florida room there is a sleeper sofa. There are two full sized refrigerators with ice makers. There are three large smart TVs, including one out on the lania. There are ceiling fans throughout. You can walk to nearby Corey Ave with its shops and restaurants, or there are mass transit options, some free.
Upham Beach, on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, is one mile away. The house has all of your beach needs- chairs, umbrellas, towels, even a wagon, so save an expensive trip to the beach shop for stuff you wll have to leave behind! World- famous John's Pass is a destination that offers fun for visitors of all ages and is just 3.5 miles away. Trendy downtown St Peterburg is a short drive or bus ride away and offers sight seeing, museums, shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
The Love Shack is an easy drive to both St Pete Clearwater (PIE) and Tampa (TPA) airports, if you have friends and family coming and going.
We love our small pets too, for a small additional charge. There is a large backyard for them to roam that is completely secure, and even a doggy door for them to come and go, if you open it.
There is high speed internet for all of your streaming needs, or in case you want to check in with the office while you are here. Just plug your laptop into the big monitor.
Please note that local ordinances require that any bookings must be for a 30 night minimum and this is non- negotiable. There is no place to note this on VRBO but we would offer a 10% discount for two months and a 20% discount for three months, in the form of a cash rebate.
