Nauti erityinen alennus pehmeälle lanseerauksellemme 1/18 - 1/27; sisäpuoli on täysin valmis, mutta työskentelemme edelleen edessä ja takana sijaitsevan maisemoinnin ja suojatun takakuisdan eteläpuolen kanssa (pesukone / kuivausrumpu ei ole vielä asennettu). Putkimies myös unohti äskettäin asennetun astianpesukoneen kuumavesilinjan ja hänen on palautettava ulos, ja ruostumaton jääkaappi on kaupassa (täydellisesti toimiva valkoinen jääkaappi seisoo). Tämä raikas, puhdas koti valmisti juuri täydellisen uusinnan ja on uusittu 100% omistettu lomakoti. Täysin keittiön uusinta valmistui juuri tammikuussa 2020, ja siinä on uudet puukaapit, graniittitasot, kaikki ruostumattomat laitteet, myös astianpesukone ja sisäänrakennettu mikroaaltouuni. Se on täysin varustettu ruokia, ruokailuvälineitä, pieniä laitteita - kaikki mitä tarvitset ruokasali. Nauti viihtyisästä olohuoneesta, jossa on nahkasisustus ja seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio, kahdessa makuuhuoneessa jokaisessa on seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio, oma aidattu takapiha, jossa suojattu kuisti ja travertiinipatio. Erinomaisella paikalla, se on vain 3. 5 mailia suoraan länteen Park Blvd. Indian Shores Beachille. Alkaen Ft. Desota Beach eteläosasta Clearwater Beachiin pohjoiseen, Pinellas Countyn rannat ovat eräitä maan korkeimmista rannoista. Seminolen keskusta- ja viihdealue ovat kävelyetäisyydellä, samoin kuin Lake Seminole Park ja Seminole Waterfront Park.

This host is so rude I truly can’t believe they allow people like this to be a host. Upon checking into this unit the smell of stale cigarets and weed instantly hit us upon walking thru the door. It was late at night being 11 pm and we didn’t know what to do. We called VRBO and they told us to call the host. Called the host with no answer. We then locked up and left getting a hotel room. Hours later the host called back and is instantly so rude and aggressive it was crazy. Thank god my wife started recording so Vrbo could hear how terrible this lady is. Just trying to warn you.

BEWARE ! what you see is not what you will get. I walked inside to check in and the house was hot and air set to 82 degrees. The house smelled like a dog had been inside. I noticed there were spiders and cobwebs throughout the house. I opened the kitchen cabinet and saw a roach by the seasonings. I opened the oven and saw grease buildup and dust. The rugs were dirty and worn down . There was a wasp nest right at the front door entrance. I immediately turned around and left. I also received messages from the host later on saying the fridge was broken and the grass would be high. When I contacted vrbo and told them everything that had happened they told me that it was up to the host to give me a refund wish to me is crazy but that's what I was told. It's been over 2 weeks I still haven't heard back from anyone was never given a refund and because of this I will no longer be booking with vrbo. It's not worth the risk just go to a hotel.

A nice property in a central Seminole location.

This rental is appropriately priced in the medium-range of Seminole properties. Pay close attention to the pictures and the guest comments so you know what to expect. The rental is compact and well-lived in. Limited space to unpack. Because of its north orientation and black furniture, the unit seems dark (and is blessedly cool!) on the inside. The small shower would be challenging for larger adults, though the water pressure was excellent. The owner was very helpful throughout, and the check-in process clearly laid out. The full-size kitchen was fine, but be prepared to furnish your own coffee and spices. Great location for Seminole; good value for the price.

First let me say this is not meant to be a negative review, just honest. The house was ok, it was clean, kinda dark not a lot of light, but clean. Queen bed was comfy, shower was really small. All in all for three days it was fine…..with that being said, the yard is VERY small. If you drive a big vehicle, surburban, larger SUV or truck, parking will be a challenge. We drove our Nissan pickup and we had to do some maneuvering to get the truck in the yard and out of the street. Check in and out was easy. Cyndi was great with communication.

Cozy little place

The apartment was very cute and homey. Not the cleanest place ever, floors were tile and definitely hadn't been swept and mopped properly in a while. The shower is very tiny, couldn't even shave my legs it was so small. We did see a roach, but only 1, no biggie, it's Florida. Only real issue was the air conditioner. The host asked me to keep it on 75 and that is entirely too hot in Florida heat. We couldn't get comfortable and sleep well at night because we were so hot. But overall, for the price, definitely worth the stay!

property manager was not kind as we informed them that there was roaches. She told us living in Florida, where there's humidity that it's a given that there will be roaches.

Dark and dirty

The location was perfect. I hoped it would be a regular location since I visit the area often. The entrance was unkept, dead plants, leaves and debris welcomed me. The doorframe needed attention and paint. The furniture, walls and furnishings were dark. I was expecting more light and a beachy vibe. I did not get that 'clean fresh sheet" experience. I wondered if they were clean. The bedroom was crowded and had a musty, dirty smell. The closet was so full of owner's linens and cleaning supplies, there was no room to hang up my clothes. Closet also housed a vacuum canister 3/4 full of smelly dirt. Roaches on kitchen counter. The little ones, not palmetto bugs. Killed 3 spiders in the bathroom. The price, check in/out were easy, location great, but sadly the cleanliness was not there.

Great location and host

Needed a weekend spot to use as home base to say goodbye to friends and family… and this place is close to the beach, Gandy, and groceries. Neighborhood is cute. The guest room bed is a trundle and not the most comfortable but the primary was good. The porch and yard are adorable. Most of the house was clean- but it looks like a guest put a dirty pan back in the cabinet. Really good value - and friendly host. Would stay there again, for sure.

Simply Fantastic!

Cindy was such a gracious host. She’s bubbly and warm, made us feel right at home! Came for a weekend beach trip and this was perfect as it was only 15-20 min from the beach and there’s many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so the location was perfect. We highly recommend staying here; great experience overall.

I would not stay here again

We booked this duplex for 10 nights. Left after 6. I hate to give bad reviews, but... get rid of the master bed frame, it's old, broken & cobbled together w/ a clamp and makes so much noise when you move you can't sleep. Mattress is old & uncomfortable & feels like you're going to fall off it. We gave up & tried the daybed, which has a plastic mattress protector on it that is old, torn & duct-taped together & also makes noise every time you move. I slept on the couch 1 night & that was slightly better. The shower is TINY, needs a different shower head that can be taken off the wall & aimed at a different area other than the curtain where you enter. Shower is smaller than a porta-potty. The wi-fi was great the first few days until the other side of the duplex was occupied, then it was spotty. Dogs barking on other side of duplex could be heard @ 11pm when tenant wasn't home. Contacted host, who said she didn't have anyone she could "wake up at that hour" to go get them. We saw roaches on the kitchen counter consecutive mornings. We packed up & left & took the loss on the last 4 nights & were happy with our decision. The houses on the street are very close together, & w/ a postage stamp front yard are close to the street. On a positive note, it was close to lots of places to eat & had a towel warmer in the bathroom. That's about the only thing I enjoyed, warm towels! If you're looking for a place just to get some sleep & take a shower, keep looking!!
