Paratiisia löytyi yli 5000 sf asumisesta ja yli 600 sf ulkona peitetystä terassitilasta. Saapuessasi olette omassa paratiisissasi, lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla uusilla liukuovilla, jotka paljastavat panoraamanäkymät lahdelle. Tässä räätälöityssä kodissa, jossa huomioidaan yksityiskohdat, on liian monta ylimääräistä luetteloa. Suoraa Sonos-kaiuttimiin koko talossa kuunnellessasi kappaleitasi takan ääressä, biljardipöydässä veden äärellä, uima-altaan äärellä tai kirjaimellisesti millä tahansa muulla alueella talossa ja sen ympäristössä. Alakerrassa on makuuhuone ja kylpyamme sekä kaunis uima-allas / baarikeittiö, jossa on sisäänrakennettu sauna. Rakastat yläkerran kannella näkymät alemmalle tasolle ja viehättävät näkymät lahdelle. Nauti merkittävistä auringonlaskuista runsas Master Suite -sarjasta omalla kävelyllä kannen ympärillä. Päällikkökylvyssä on kaksoisallas, poreallas ja suihkukaappi. Family of eight for thanksgiving.Fabulous property.Views are spectacular from everywere So many separate areas in and outside to hang, easily held our group.House very well appointed and stockedName (Dolphin Watch) very appropriate, as we saw dolphins every day we were there.Pool, although a little on smaller side, was heated, clean, and in great shape. Although sauna is listed on site, we didnt realize how much we would enjoy it until we got to house.Highly recommend staying here.

Great vacation property! Close to everything...Publix, Walmart, CVS, restaurants, beaches. The view is spectacular and 180 off the back. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi with a sauna. The view from the master bedroom is mesmerizing and the covered spacious 2nd floor room off the master is perfect for night viewing with wine and cheese! The host was great and called us ahead of time to give me info and his cell to make sure we contact him if anything was needed. They supplied everything including shampoo, conditioner and body soap and all the accouterments for the bathrooms. The only thing needed was to get your own groceries. It's just a fantastic home and we had a great vacation. 10 stars and who highly recommend it to anyone who wants an unforgettable vacation home!!

Beautiful view with a wonderful pool

This was the perfect size house for my family of 5, to stay in while attending our daughters graduation from Eckerd College. We especially loved the pool, the pool table and lounging in the upstairs tv room and watching the sun set on the large master bedroom patio. We were delighted by the daily sightings of dolphins and enjoyed our visits from the friendly herons who just wanted to hang by the pool.

Incredible stay!

This house is one of our favorites to rent. The neighborhood is quite. The area has a lot of shopping and dining options. It is a short drive to the beach. The best thing about the house is the view.

Spring break 2024

Everything was great about this place, no complaints at all. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool/spa, watching the boats go by in the bay. Property is close to everything you may need during your trip. Windows in the house really show the amazing views. The only disappointing part about the stay was having to go back home.

Family Get Away

This property is stellar! Property is exactly as described, and we had no issues at all. Property Management is excellent, checking in during our stay for any needs. Communications were excellent for accessing home and utilizing items within home. Instructions were given regarding any needs and suggested options for things to do in the area. Home is close to businesses for necessities and places to enjoy the area. Overall was an excellent stay for our family!

Yearly Family Vacation

Great home and location. It had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. My grandkids loved being able to fish from the backyard and dock and having the pool right there. My son and grandson had a great time kayaking. Property manager was easy to work with and responded immediately when we needed to address an issue with the dryer and had it fixed right away. Would definitely stay there again if we vacation in that area.

We enjoyed our stay! View is priceless, pool is wonderful and great for fishing. Location is perfect, there are so many restaurants nearby and it’s not far from John’s pass.

The property was beautiful, lots of wildlife and excellent communication with Steve. We will absolutely be back. I hope the next renters take care of Freddie the snowy osprey. He likes shrimp and fish.

Home Away From Home

This rental is awesome! We almost gave it a low rating just so it wasn’t so busy…lol! We could stay here permanently. The views are amazing, you’ll see dolphins and other wildlife everyday. The pool and hot tub are very nice. They recently updated the pool heater and the pool was warm enough to use everyday during our January stay! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Jan, Steve and the entire Seasalt Team go out of their way to do everything they can to make your trip perfect. We would highly recommend this house, as for us, it is officially our “home away from home”!!!

I Wouldn't go back

I've Asked for a partial refund. The house wasn't bad by most accounts. 1. Pool and Spa didn't work for the 1st 3 days. 2. Fire alarm went off two different night for no reason 3. No batteries in the remotes 4. Broken pool sticks and chalk that needed to be replaced. 5. Overall clean but not deep cleaned 6. Numerous other small details We did see a lot of sea life which was really nice!

Dolphins, dolphins, dolphins, and a hot pool

We love this house and have stayed there many times. We might have seen the most dolphins ever this year, always present. And thanks to the folks at SeaSalt, the pool and hot tub were the best we've experienced. Great house. You will not regret renting this.

Relaxing & Fun

We had a wonderful respite & great family time. Our granddaughter named it The Crazy Lazy Hotel. We saw dolphins almost every day. The pool & hot tub were the biggest hits, but kids also loved taking the boat we rented to Shell Key, kayaking to Jack’s island, The Sugar Factory (crazy kid sugar-art drinks), and the pool table. Excellent location, plenty of room & lots to do. FYI, there are only beds and beach towels for 8, the extra 2 must refer to babies only. We had 9 over 3, but Steve helped us out.

Beautiful, clean, handicap friendly

I was thinking of renting again, and realized I never left a review last year. The house is gorgeous. Lots of open space, but quiet nooks too. The house is set up so there could be multiple groups doing separate things, yet not really secluded from each other. The downstairs rooms flow. You can see each other & still somewhat participate in a conversation yet have separate groups. There is a room with a pool table and large sectional. This room opens to one with a long table for meals/games/puzzles/chatting, which opens to an eat-in kitchen table & kitchen. This is open to a small sitting area with a couple of conversation chairs. This is all open to yet another sitting area with sectional couch overlooking the pool area. It has a nice big table to play games on. A bar area is to the side of this room. Ice maker and tools to make a cocktail (minus the booze) is there. All of these social rooms look out onto the water. The windows (and sliding glass doors) are so huge the view is hardly interrupted. Same for the upstairs- tons of windows. Beautiful, breezy lanai upstairs. There’s a very nice lounge/gaming area upstairs. Gaming systems and games included. Great for kids. I stayed in bedroom downstairs because had to use walker at the time. Couldn’t use stairs. There’s no view from that bedroom (only bedroom without view)but we were only there long enough to sleep so no biggie. From the perspective of the handicapped, the whole first floor is easily navigated with a walker. Should b for a w/c too. We bought a small portable shower chair, that easily fit in the big walk-in shower. There are only 2 small steps total into front of house. No steps to back patio. Disappointed there was no rail to get in pool. There are a couple steps descending into water (they can also be used as pool seats). Could manage with help. Bedrooms and bathrooms all had storage space so didn’t have to live out of suitcase. We easily ran out of towels so next time I’ll bring extra. Kitchen was well-equipped but lots of room for your own stuff too. Awesome grill. Plenty of sturdy tables/furniture outside. Pool toys included. Loved the pool basketball hoop. We saw lots of dolphins every day. We rented golf cart. It’s legal to drive up to 45mph I think? Used it for easy parking wherever we wanted to go. We got a couple looks on a certain busy road, but it was legal & too handy to care. There were only a couple places we used Uber. Management so nice, with 24/7 help.
