”The hotel was terrible. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the room was in very poor condition. The bed was dirty, the walls were damaged, and the floor was not clean. When we went up to the room, there was loud sexual noise coming from nearby rooms, and other guests were making excessive noise as well. I did not stay and left within 3 minutes of checking in, which meant I lost my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management should do a much better job maintaining the...

”I spent a night at Glo Best Western Hotel in the Bronx, New York City. It’s an excellent place to stay with your family. It’s in a good shopping center on the Southern Blvd. The 2 &5 Train station is just around the corner. They have parkin’ nice staff, clean and spacious room for breakfast. They only need to adjust their bath though clean. I recommend this hotel to every traveler who needs a place to spend a day or days in the Bronx. I enjoyed the place.”

I stayed 4 night and housekeeping only came to my room on the last day and that was only because I saw them in the hall and asked them if they could at least take out the trash and leave clean towels The hotel is across the street from a hospital… ambulances all day/night.”

”Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”

”Very nice Hotel in an interesting historical building. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, but the neighbourhood is a bit scary with a lot of drug addicts and rubbish on the road. Quick metro connection to downtown If you dare ride on it.”
