”Very nice Hotel in an interesting historical building. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, but the neighbourhood is a bit scary with a lot of drug addicts and rubbish on the road. Quick metro connection to downtown If you dare ride on it.”

It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”
”I stay here every time I visit NY which is a couple times a year. The staff, specifically Jocelyn, is the greatest! So sweet and caring! Really makes the whole experience worth it. This time around, it seemed like there was leaf blowing happening in the mornings around 9 or 10am so that kinda sucked hearing. The location is pretty convenient since it’s near to Bay Plaza. ”
