”I've already bragged on the staff (thanks Erin Hartery & staff) We checked in (after 12 noon & left the resort @ 7pm) on the same day. Enough said on that. We are awaiting a refund for our second day of unused stay which pm mgr Erin will be adeptly handling. One thing to remember: "things happen BEYOND the hotel's control...but the SERVICE RECOVERY is what the guest walks away with...in the end, AND DRIVES A RETURN VISIT.”

”Everything was perfect.. clean and comfortable. Host responded quickly when I had questions. Bonus… was able to top off my Plug in Hybrid.. Nice to start off with an extra 50 electric miles when heading home… There is a Tiki bar diagonally across the street. Was traveling with a 4 year old and immediately had concerns with loud music… but no issue as we had a room just in the front door to the right.. once both doors were closed we didn’t hear any of the music. Everything worked and we all...

”The pictures in the add were false. There weren’t any gardens or suites. This is a bare bones motel. It is clean but there are no amenities. There is a coffee pot but no coffee. There was a refrigerator but no ice cube trays. One towel and one washcloth per guest and a teeny bar of soap. No one in the office —had to call a number and then someone came to give you your key. Steep outside steps if your room was on the second floor. The only mirror was above the sink. Very disappointed.”

”Worst possible stay at Red Roof Inn Vero Beach. I was only there for an unnecessary medical appointment, and the hotel made the trip feel even worse. I would not recommend this stay unless you have no other option.”

”The property does not match the pictures online the quality is much much less the rooms are dirty the air conditioning doesn't work the refrigerator don't work there were holes in the walls the paint is coming off they were stains on the sheets from blood and what look like bed bugs and they were blood drops all over the bathroom as well as the bathtub was cracking and there were holes all over the walls and the bathroom oh yeah and the best part not one drop of soap in the entire place 10 out...

”Visited 8 days starting June 8, 2026. We enjoyed everything about star suites. Amazing place , clean, affordable, comfortable rooms with nice bathroom , shower and kitchenette. Free coffee in the morning, with cold drinks on the house all day. 24 hour front desk service,snacks available , dog friendly and plenty of property for dog bathroom walking. Premises are 5-15 minutes to everything you need, groceries, shopping, free beach parking everywhere, lots of restaurants and parks. I’m coming back...
