”This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. ”
”We loved how convenient this location is to the progressive ball park, 4th street for dinning and the Rock and Roll hall of fame was an easy 20 min. walk.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We didn’t have time to use the pool unfortunately but it looked clean and refreshing!

It is located in a district that is up and buzzing at night and is not quiet, but is also beautiful and exciting. The building is very large inside but there isn't much in terms of shops on the inside. Staying here is an experience if you enjoy the smell of and the look of 200 year old architecture and character that you will not get from a modern structure. I actually have no complaints. I wouldn't return, but only because I prefer modern. I prayed about staying at...

”Hotel is in an older building. Bathroom is tiny. Toilet paper holder is six inches off the floor. Room doorknobs are 24” off the floor. It felt like the amenities were designed for four foot tall people.
