”Check-in was not good. Their seemed to be a question about my reservation . For some reason we would have to contact Expedia to make any changes in the itinerary as the 2nd floor had no elevator. Requested housekeeping 2 times to no avail. Not even a bar o soap for hand washing. No tissues in the room. Had to get out own towels from front lobby. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES OR AMENITIES OF ANY KIND.”

”If you just need a place to stay for a night as in sleep and shower this is okay. It would not be my first option. The mirror in the bathroom was broken and there was a slight smell. There was so many good options nearby. The guy at the front desk was nice as well!”
