”Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. ”It was fantastic! Honestly I cannot fault it, the only thing I’d suggest is a thin mattress topper so that you can’t feel the buttons on the mattress. Staff were lovely, everything in the room you could want. I appreciated the little bottle of semi skimmed milk in the fridge, and bottles of water!”

”The room was very clean and modern and at least our room was spacious. Great amenities. The location of the hotel is pretty good since it's really close to the Farringdon tube station. The only small minus were the pub guests who were standing outside the pub on Thursday and Friday nights and making some noise. However that was only until midnight. Saturday the pub closes early. Over all a very pleasant stay! Very friendly and helpful staff :) Thank you!”

”Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

”The nicest place to stay in! The service, the room, the comfiest bed, the perfect breakfast! Five minutes walk to the peaceful riverside where you can walk or half an hour with the train and you’re in the middle of hustle and bustle. ”Not what I expected. The room itself was nice and the environment guite cute but two major issues with the stay. 1. The room temperature must`ve been above 30 degrees (even if the temperature outside was +15). Room facing the street so opening the window felt like sleeping on the street. Not a good choice if you need to get some proper rest.”

”We stayed 4 nights and would stay again. The decor and atmosphere was trendy, youthful and chill and everywhere was clean. The staff were genuinely friendly. "Viihtyisä ja tyylikäs hotelli. Hyvä siisteystaso. Aamupalalla sopivasti mistä valita, hyvin sai vatsan täyteen. Tuoreita hedelmiä yms. Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Hyvä, rauhallinen paikka lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä metroasemalta. Ehdottomasti tulisin uudestaan."
