”I am suprised this hotel accommodation has not been condemned, obviously the building, hygiene, health, hotel inspectors have never visited. I have stayed in various locations around the world including Sudan, Zimbabwe, Belize in the outback with no basic infrastructure facilities, and I've got to say the Swan Inn, Heathrow Airport would fit in well it amongst them. Third World outback accommodation has hit 16 High Street, Staines TW19 7JS. Apart from that I don't think I'll be rushing back...

We totally understand the Halloween theme in the bar area but it’s way too much in the bedrooms as meant to be your own relaxing personal space!”

”We love this place, we have stayed a few times. Staff are lovely and friendly. Food is plentiful and hot. The only thing that ruined it this time were some other guests who thought it was ok to make as much noise from about 12.30 to 2am shouting, slamming doors and banging about in their rooms. There was absolutely no consideration for any of the other guests. They knew in the morning it was them but not one of them apologised for their behaviour. ”Not what I expected. The room itself was nice and the environment guite cute but two major issues with the stay. 1. The room temperature must`ve been above 30 degrees (even if the temperature outside was +15). Room facing the street so opening the window felt like sleeping on the street. Not a good choice if you need to get some proper rest.”
