No-one at reception - room mentioned fan included there was no fan tried looking for member of staff to help no-one was there, rang the numbers given to be told they couldn't help.
Overall tho the rooms were brilliant and spacious. Couldn't fault the rooms. Check in was easy and codes were sent to me with room number to access the building

This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and a bright dinning room. The included breakfast has options for all and includes hot dish options. The views on anyside of the hotel are wonderful. Rooms are beautiful, clean, and bed comfortable.

The downside for me was the breakfast, but maybe personal preference. No cold juices or fresh water. No healthy alternative

"Lovely building and outdoor spaces, overall great stay, the only disappointment was no AC on a very hot day and the plug on the kettle wasn't long enough to reach the socket so I had to boil the kettle on the floor!"
