”Superb staff and property ”

”We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come...

”Breakfast very limited. Free breakfast at Hampton 's much better selection. Prices not reasonable, $2.00 for a banana, orange or apple. For the price of the accomodations, housekeeping should be there every day, not every other day. Will not stay there again.”

”Hot tub was out of order. What is worse, those darn aircon units in the wall beside the bed. Constantly noisy fan and really noisy when the compressor comes on. Makes sleep difficult. ”

”My particular room had a strong moldy/musty smell. I was on the first floor and it was very loud. I left before breakfast was served so can't comment on that. Unfortunately, there was an incident that involved a fire truck and several police cars that occurred late at night which was disruptive and concerning. The front desk clerk though very nice and accommodated me with an early check in was deathly sick and should have been home. I am a cancer patient and have a weak immune ...

”Great property, nice heated pool. Was disappointing to find out the town was doing work on the beach.So it was non accessible, you could access it through a shuttle to an open beach.But did not wanna do that, miss being able just to walk out on the beach. The property is great, so when the town finishes the beach, it will be excellent!”

”This hotel is modern and up to date. The staff is nice and very helpful. The spa and workout rooms are on sight and easy to find and use. The pool was beautiful and there was plenty of seating for all the guests. The beach was clean and a lifeguard was on duty most of the day. There were plenty of rentable umbrellas and seating available through the lifeguard. We had a room with an ocean view and it was amazing. ”
