Pool good size but run down.(e.g some changing room showers not working, jacuzzi not working and pool shower cold with blocked drain.)”

”My daughter and I stayed for two nights, while visiting my son. The hotel from the staff to amenities to location were spot on. The positives:The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were lovely, friendly but not pushy. The amenities: pool was gorgeous, not too warm but not cold either, I’d recommend going early so you can fantasise that’s it’s your own. The rooms were spotless clean, towels big enough to cover a curvy person and so fluffy. Bonus for the biscuits. Breakfast was buffet style,...

”Spent one night at the hotel. It is located in a cute small town. There is a good car park and the hotelarea is beautiful. The room was OK size, but could use an update. The pub was nice and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful :)”
