I have complained that the room above us has someone walking all night making noise and I was checking with the receptionist to help with this situation. ”This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!”

”This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. After being placed in three different rooms, I ultimately chose to leave and stay at another hotel across the street. Each room presented serious and consistent cleanliness failures that should never occur in any property. Room 1: The bed sheets had clearly not been changed. ”The room was not clean, there were paw print stains on the bed as well as a lot of mysterious crumbs, asked them to change the sheets and they insisted the bed was not dirty, just stained (despite the crumbs) and then changed the top blanket for us. on top of that there were several bugs I found around the room and a very strong odor in the room. Felt incredibly unsafe with the people around as well.”

”The facility was clean, the staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is in the center of many places to eat and also offers its own dinner and bar for a quick bite to eat. The only issue was the breakfast. Myself and many other guests were under the assumption it was included but was informed it was $12 a day per person. The website is misleading, the wording makes it seems the breakfast is included not an extra expense.”

”Old hotel. Elevator wasn’t working the whole 3 nights stay. We have to carry our luggages to the stairs to the third floor. The room was old, the front door locked but there’s a noticeable gap. The bathroom is so small. When a person is sitting in the commode and someone opens the door, it will hit the person sitting in the commode.parking is so difficult. Not a whole lot of options or choices on the breakfast buffet.”

”Rooms weren’t very clean. Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room. Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good. ”
