”Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Room was very spacious”

”Hotel location is good and peaceful. The breakfast has issues, something was always missing and the service was really unpolite and arrogant "we don't have enough staff", "the breakfast ends soon" (even though there was still 30 minutes to go). The room was clean, But don't take the room located at the side on the main street, the fans are making awful noise. Is the hotel worth the money, hard to say”

”Clean room and easy check in and out. Breakfast was decent. The coffee maker in the room was missing but I notified the front desk and was quickly offered a new one. I especially liked the fresh ground coffee in the breakfast room. The water cooler in the lobby was also nice to have access to. Would book again. Easy access to I5 and JBLM- which was our reason to book.”

”The hotel has a very strong seafood smell from the restaurant which was nauseating but otherwise a nice place.”

”Holly GM and Jackie at front desk made an enjoyable stay! These ladies need a big raise!!”

”Stayed one night on our way to SeaTac (quite jammed on the way there even though it was Sunday??) Room was clean, location easy and convenient, staff friendly. Breakfast was exceptionaly good (even fresh berries and fruits). Will stay again! ”

”Had to take care of business for a few days, and this property worked out perfect for me. Was close to where I needed to be, the rates were very reasonable, and had enough amenities to suffice. Bed comfortable, and room with good space. Good value.”

”Staff is very helpful. Rooms are nice and well-maintained. Continental breakfast was delicious!”

”They were very accomodating and let me switch rooms due to a noise issue.”

”The plug outlets for plugging in a phone charger were so worn out , we had to keep the plug up just to stay plugged in the outlet to charge our devices . The bathroom was so gross and needs updated and the sink didn’t drain well. The place smelled of cigarette smoke . And when I went to check out at 6:30 am no one was at the desk for me to check out. I took the keys back to the room. I will never get a room at your hotel ever again!”
