The room was clean, But don't take the room located at the side on the main street, the fans are making awful noise. Is the hotel worth the money, hard to say”

”Breakfast was mediocre selection. Coffee was lukewarm. No coffee in the room at all. Staff not at all helpful. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt for someone entirely different. I asked again in the morning, and the girl was more concerned about description of the girl that gave me the wrong receipt, and then proceeded to tell me she was unable to provide me a receipt. I would not stay again.”

”From the reviews, I thought it would be a good place for families, but the guests in the room next to ours were partying late into the night and the front desk staff wouldn't do anything about it. I guess the hotel caters more to partiers than to families.”

”We have stayed her previous this was the worst. I believe they are in middle of changing chains to different hotel. Room was dusty, no phone, no working remote, missing furniture, beds were super hard, breakfast was not the same there was no lobby just a small table by side entrance, the construction was not to code they had a boom life above my car??? I spoke to a staff but was told " there is no manager and it is what it is" no details in Expedia about the changes, so we only decided to use...

”I thought staff was wonderful, I like that they had a machine in hotel lobby to cash casino tickets. Unfortunately we left alot in casino so could be awhile before could afford to go back. Love no smoking.”

”The room was clean and very nice with a little kitchenette and table and chairs. The breakfast was excellent with many good choices. We did not use the pool or spa but they were indoors and beautiful. Would definitely stay again.”

”Definitely will be going back. Staff was kind and room and premises clean. The only reason I gave a 4 was due to a person who said they were checking in by the front desk. This person had a pitbull off its leash and then got extremely agitated with me when i asked him if he could put the dog on a leash. So while I felt safe for most of the time there, the last few minutes could have gone bad very quickly. I kept myself calm and quickly gave the employee my pass key to the room and left....
