”Hotel location is good and peaceful. The breakfast has issues, something was always missing and the service was really unpolite and arrogant "we don't have enough staff", "the breakfast ends soon" (even though there was still 30 minutes to go). The room was clean, But don't take the room located at the side on the main street, the fans are making awful noise. Is the hotel worth the money, hard to say”

”They allowed people to take the carts to there rooms and not return them, when I asked, the front desk didn’t seem concerned I needed one. I’m handicap and needed one to check out with, thank god I have a small wagon I used, took me 3 trips if I had the hotel cart it would have only took one. I was upset and the staff wasn’t concerned at all. I will not be returning to the hotel!! I have stayed here several times and never been treated so rudely before!!”

”I am a Wyndham Rewards member and should have been able to get free WiFi, but was unable to navigate the Byzantine app to secure it. Wasn’t about to pay for it, so I used my cell phone data. Disappointed.
Also our room was at the very back end of the building, long long walk for my disabled husband. The signage indicated we could open the back door with our key when we returned home, saving him a long walk but the signage LIED. The key does not work as it is supposed to. VERY disappointed....
