”Clean and comfortable”

”The tub/shower needs to have nonslip decals in tub. I almost wiped out twice. Also needs a better door in the bathroom.”

The room was clean, But don't take the room located at the side on the main street, the fans are making awful noise. Is the hotel worth the money, hard to say”

”Stayed one night on our way to SeaTac (quite jammed on the way there even though it was Sunday??) Room was clean, location easy and convenient, staff friendly. Breakfast was exceptionaly good (even fresh berries and fruits). Will stay again! ”

”Pros: • Reasonable location • Several restaurants within walking distance • Safeway nearby (about a 10-minute walk) Cons: • Property appears old and poorly maintained • Front entrance had construction/repair issues that looked unfinished • Tarp and duct tape visible on the building exterior • Piles of mattresses outside the property detracted from the appearance • Continental breakfast was low quality • In-room coffee was mediocre • No elevator; access to some ground-floor rooms required...

”At check-in time, I was given a key to a room that was not ready (trash in hall, shoes in room, towels on floor, things on counter, and bed not made) and looked like someone was still there. I hauled all my luggage back downstairs to the desk and got a room with a smaller bed than i booked. The next morning, the door keys stopped working and we were locked out of our room hours prior to check out time. Staff was nice, but would not recommend.”

”Staff was terrible! don’t even know her name but was so blatantly rude and the hotel being a extended stay and i was booked for 1 night. as well as the hotel being part of a sober living partner. i showed her my booking because it said NOWHERE it was an extended stay nor a partner to sober living. Her service was beyond terrible. Maybe she was having a hard day but would never recommend this place. The door didn’t latch unless i threw my body weight into it. and the place smelled like burnt cat...

”Staff was amazing, so kind, and always helpful! Ice machine only worked a couple days of the stay but the staff were very helpful and prompt at trying to get it fixed. Room is the basics, but what you need, and they do have a microwave near the vending machines in the office you can use to heat food.”
