”Room, common areas, and amenities were clean and functional. Breakfast buffet was good quality.
However, the shuttle did not go to Zephyr Cove despite the website saying it did.
Also, there was no option to connect to streaming services on the TV.
Finally, at Landshark Grill the service was quite slow, didn’t get assistance for 10 minutes after sitting down, in fact the manager had to be the one to ask us if we’d been helped yet, and he flagged the hostess to help us.

”This place is false advertisement based on the pictures alone! Outdated AF, you get what you pay for.. I count this place an adventure, filled with many annoyances like, not wand to close the blinds. A/C (thankful to have it!) was preset and stuck on. The unit is installed through the wall with mismatched trim that you could see daylight through. The carpet and surfaces were icky sticky. You know that place where you refuse to take your shoes off? ”The kitchen was nice.
If we opened the windows to the pool, the Gondola going over could look right in.
It was a long walk to our room and there wasn't any help with luggage.
The front desk staff was helpful.

”The location for the American Century Golf was we stayed here. Easy to walk to the course and casinos/restaurants. This is an older property and front desk was at a neighboring hotel. Outdated interior for sure.”
