”Our room was not ready during check in. The refrigerator didn’t close all the way. Valet takes longer than expected and didn’t use the amenities and still charged on resort fees. This hotel came out to be less than a value with additional fees on valet and resort fees. It was not the way to enjoy a vacation.”

”There are no phones to call the office so I wish there were instructions (tv, air etc)or a welcome letter with hours, menu those kinds of things. This was our first time staying here so wasn’t sure about anything and had to keep going to bar/reception to ask. There are no coffee pots in the rooms and the reception area doesn’t open until 7am so we had to run to Starbucks every morning at 530. The beach access is nice but again, we weren’t sure where to get the tickets, then where to go to...

”Our room was more than we expected! Clean and enormous. Probably the best part for the kids. The down side was the elevators were down and my father could not make it to the room as was too far for him to walk. And the 4pm check in time with a 10am checkout doesn’t seem like a fair trade considering the cost of the rooms.”
