Fantastic Townhome - upeat avaruus plus näkymät Down Town ja Hans Peak

Tässä upeassa puoli duplex-tilassa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 ja puoli kylpyä sekä parvi ja ylimääräinen perhehuone. Huippuluokan viimeistely, mukaan lukien kovapuulattiat, graniitti työtasot ja puun korosteet kulkevat koko kodin alueella. Puoli mailin päässä keskustasta ja vain 3 mailin päässä vuorelta, tästä kodista on upeat näkymät keskustaan ja Hans Peakiin, ja se on täydellinen pakopaikka perheen ja ystävien kanssa.

Pääkerroksen avoimessa suunnittelussa on holvikatot ja suuret kuvaikkunat, jotka tulvivat huoneen luonnollisella valolla. Kaunis kaasutakka sekä mukava sohva ja nojatuoli-ankkuri puolet huoneesta. Askeleen päässä, 6-paikkainen ruokapöytä ja tilava keittiö ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, graniittiset työtasot, iso ruokakomero ja baari, johon mahtuu 4, täydentävät tilaa. Yksityinen kansi aivan keittiön ja ruokailutilan vieressä toimii kodin toissijaisena sisäänkäynninä, mutta mukana tulee myös iso kaasugrilli. Kesäisin voit nauttia ulkona aterian raikkaassa vuoristoilmassa.

Pääkerroksessa ovat myös pääsviitti ja pesutupa. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, taulutelevisio ja kylpyhuone porealtaalla, suihku ja oma wc. Toisessa kerroksessa kaksi vierashuonetta, joissa molemmissa queen-vuodetta, on jaettu kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksi pesuallasta ja amme / suihku. Asuintilasta on näkymä parvella, jossa on kaksi kerrossänkyä, jota lapset rakastavat. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on iso perhehuone, jossa baarikeittiö, täysi kylpyamme, taulutelevisio, foosball-pöytä, sohva ja kuningatar Murphy-vuode. Heitä lapset alas tai astuudu katsomaan peliä.

Lattialämmitys alemmalla tasolla sekä pakotettu ilmanlämmitys kodin pääosassa pitävät talon mukavana ja viihtyisänä. Kahden auton autotallissa on tilaa kaikkien suksien ja varusteiden säilyttämiseen.

Birthday ski trip

Had a great 4 night stay at mountain lily with a group of 10 adults for my fiance’s birthday. The townhome was cozy and spacious, but may have been a little tight if all 10 guests had stayed each of the 4 nights (people arrived and left on different days). We had two cars for most of the trip, which was fairly essential for getting to the slopes. The free shuttle works great at night into and back from town but the one morning I tried to call it to go to the mountain the wait was over 2 hours, so we drove instead. One of our party did manage to walk down the path into town, so that is possible during the winter. Bring your own speakers if you want music.

This property is a hidden gem. The property is absolutely gorgeous. We had seven guests and the property accommodated us comfortably. It is walking distance to downtown Steamboat, but also a great launch pad to Steamboat attractions such as the gondola and Fish Creek Falls. We would absolutely stay here again!

Funky but adequate

Overall met our needs. But...no closet in the master, no place to hang any clothes. No door on the master bath, so showering is for those who don't mind putting on a show. Dryer had almost no heat even at the hottest setting. Upstairs there was only one closet in one bedroom. Would have been nice to have a digital lock on the front door in addition to the garage. Listing should also mention the abundance of stairs for those who might have issues. We were visiting family, so these were only minor inconveniences, and we enjoyed our stay.

Winter ski trip

1st time in Steamboat. Traveled with a group of 9 adults. House was really great. 1st off, to say it's a 3 bedroom is really a disservice. It's more like a 4 bedroom plus a loft. The 1st floor has a murphy bed and a couch with a full bathroom so we used it like a bedroom. Place was clean, kitchen had plenty of cooking accessories. Everything was in good working order. Couch was very comfy. Was a great place for family to sit by the fire. Full size washer and dryer. For the size of this house, it is a great deal for the $. I was apprehensive at first bc of the significantly lower price compared with other properties in in steamboat, so I was pleasantly surprised once we arrived. All that said, the one con I have is the location. This is probably one of the reasons for the lower price. It is located in a neighborhood above downtown. It is not on any standard bus route. Getting to town is easy enough with the yellow zone app. Free transport to anywhere downtown. However to get to the ski resort using the public transport system, you would have to yellow zone to a bus stop, then take the bus to the resort. However, Retretia offers a free on demand shuttle service that will take you anywhere you want to go., including the ski resort. Only downside to that is that when they are busy, you may have to wait a little while to get picked up. I think the longest we had to wait was about an hour, so it was not a deal breaker. I'm not sure what we would have done without the Retretia shuttle since we didn't have a rental car. The neighborhood itself is very nice, very quiet. There is even a path that leads to downtown if you don't mind walking about 15 mins. All in all, this place is a great value. It's big enough to fit 8-10 people comfortably and the price was really nice. Apart from the transportation being a little tricky if you don't have a car, I have nothing negative to say. We very much enjoyed the property and made some great memories.

Great Property, Easy Checkout Process

Overall, great experience. Checking in with the main office was simple, place was clean and plenty large enough for our group. It was very close to the mountain and the shuttle service they offered was perfect for picking us up and getting us to and from the mountain each day. The shuttle actually comes directly to you wherever you are, which was just a great bonus not having to worry about parking. And the checkout process was the easiest I have ever seen from a VRBO property. Essentially taking care of trash, dishes and a spot check cleaning of the place. We had to leave early and quickly, so the simplicity was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this property if you are looking around!

Almost perfect

Loved the location and the house was great. Quiet neighborhood. Super short drive (a bit too far too walk) to all things Steamboat. Our sole issue was that there is no air conditioning. Obviously not an issue for winter when all the skiers come, but was a bit or a surprise for our mid summer visit. We also happened to visit during a particularly hot spell. The home did have several small fans that we utilized during the sleeping hours. However, this was not enough to keep us from enjoying our stay. Although there were on two of us for this visit, this house can easily accommodate way more people. Super short trip to downtown Steamboat and all the sights. We drove the few minutes and parked on one of the side streets and then walked all over town. Except for A/C, could not have asked for more.

This place is spacious and has all the amenities you would need. Unfortunately we came after a snowstorm and had a very hard time getting up the driveway even with chains on the tires. They were slow to plow the driveway. The garage door broke while we were staying but the management team promptly had people lined up to fix it. Overall a fun place to stay with plenty of beds and space.

Great time!

The location of this place is fantastic. It was very easy for my 19 yo stepdaughter to take the free shuttle into town by herself with the bus stop just a minute’s walk from the front door. The home was roomy and immaculate. Highly recommend this home!
