The home has a private 1 car garage, and that is the only guaranteed parking space. There is no driveway parking. The garage is modern and clean and will fit a Ford Explorer sized vehicle. The neighborhood does have a covered parking structure which is on a first-come, first-served basis and a spot is not guaranteed. Or skip driving in the snow altogether and rely on the ski season looping shuttle and other public transportation options and grocery delivery service and really relax.
