Gourgous building, great location, worst staff
"The Gainsbourgh: a hotel in the best location in Bath, inside a gorgeous building reberbished with refine taste and the plus of a hot spring pool in the spa area. Unfortunatelly with no "soul" at all, hard to believe in a city like Bath that is so distictive. We spend there 4 or 5 days last year ..."

"Itâs right in the centre of town so itâs very easy to walk to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful and stored our bags for us before checking in and after we checked out."
