”Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault.
Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms.
1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs.
Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school...

”Room was big and clean with a lovely bed.
Bathroom was ok but looking a bit tired.
Parking was easy.
Breakfast was great, everything you could want including omlettes.
Didnt like the orange juice was more like orange squash.
Public areas were modern and clean.”

”Very disappointing stay, particularly considering the price paid.
The room was comfortable and the shower good, but housekeeping standards declined throughout our stay. Even after servicing, sheets were not changed, the floor was not hoovered and the bathroom was not mopped.
Breakfast was poor in both quality and service, and got worse as the week progressed. We ate in the restaurant one evening and paid premium prices for very poor food. The pizza appeared to have a shop-bought base and...

”Very rude staff and rooms that are not great for the price they charge. The parking situation is also pretty bad, ended up having to park quite far from the hotel entrance, and with lots of luggage, it was an extra hassle. I'd say spend your money elsewhere.”
