The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Dakoda was amazing and not only checked us in a little early but enthusiastically told me about the neighborhood and gave recommendations on sightseeing. ”This lovely boutique hotel in Baltimore was an absolutely delight to stay at! Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! I wish it had been a little closer to inner harbor but all in all five stars!!”

”Staff wasn’t helpful at all. We asked for a loading cart and had to wait for 30 minutes and still didn’t get it. The room had bugs and we had to go to Target across the street for bug spray and the sheets were stain with black crust or something. And they also had a wedding there that made it very unpleasant due to the wedding party was very loud and rude.”
