”Hey, There are a few thing that we want to give negative feedback. 1) The house was full of silverfish bugs!! 2) The house wasn't cleaned well enough and the dishes were dirty. First thing we needed to do was to fill the dishwasher and put it on. 3) One of the upstairs chairs broke immeadly when one of us sat on it. 4) Uptairs bathrooms toilet's flushing was leaking. 5) The heating system wasn't working well. Downstairs foor was super cold. (The last day was ok) We went to complain about it...

”What a beautiful hotel! Everything about our stay was lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, incredibly well designed and spotlessly clean. Best shower, thoughtful amenities, clever lighting, comfortable bed. We didn’t want to leave! Location is great, walking distance to everything and Maastricht is such a nice town to visit,great restaurants and shopping. Special mention to Jesse in the bar, restaurant recommendations were spot on - we went to Le Fernand twice...

”Très bel hôtel moderne et tout confort à une petite dizaine de minutes de Maastricht en voiture. Personnel de réception très accueillant qui nous a conduit à notre chambre et fait une petite visite. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci pour votre accueil. ”

”Mooi hotel wij hadden een kamer achter in de tuin in de winter heerlijk stil. Alles aanwezig een schoon. Kleine opmerking is de verlichting in de badkamer die is wat mager. Zeker voor de spiegel zou je meer licht mogen verwachten.”

”Excellent hotel with great gym. Downsides are that ironing in laundry room and upstairs restaurant didn't have excellent service, so that is why 4 stars.”

”The host, Marcel, is great to work with. Very friendly. The building and room are charming, cozy and quiet even though only a 1 minute walk to the center of town. There are special check in procedures, so call ahead.”

”hotel is old, some things are not working, like fridge, but quit clean inside, very good shower also, which is important. there is a possible to open windows to get fresh air. and location in amazing! when you come to see Andre Rieu concert - it is best possible location. and Maastricht is surprisignly nice city ”

”Great location, peaceful and yet walking distance everywhere. Excellent service! Spacious room with character. I only missed some place to hang towels in the bathroom. Free coffee and water station and very nice lounge area. Overall very nice stay in a historical building with great staff.”

”The hotel was nice and situated in a good location. The restaurant in the inner court yard was lovely. Considering the relatively high price of the room, I was disappointed that there was no hair conditioner or body lotion available. We also paid 15e/night for a baby bed but there were no sheets or specific pillow and blanket for the child. The normal pillows and blankets were way too big to be used in a travel cot. ”

”Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä. Aamupala oli riittävän monipuolinen. Meille tuli sisäpihan puolelta huone joten huoneeseen ei kantautunut mitään liikenteen aiheuttamaa ääntä.”

”Very nice hotel indeed. The reception is inside a cafe/restaurant but after you find it, staff is friendly and everything works just great. Small room was just what I expected and was comfortable enough. The street under was a bit noisy at night but of course a travelling person always carries earplugs and problem is solved. Wifi worked very well and breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh smoothies.”
