”The hotel was clean and very nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family trip with a well equipped kitchen. The area around the hotel is beautiful! and its just a couple of blocks from Lake Michigan and a mile from Navy Pier. Its a very walkable neighborhood and close to public transportation. The BEST thing was how friendly and accomodating EVERY single staff member was. The valet parking was easy and quick. At breakfast, they made dairy free eggs to accomodate...
”The room was dated (East tower), old brown carpet and wallpaper. Poor lighting.
Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early.
Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators.
Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor.

”I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, at least for now. They are in the middle of construction (first announced to us when we checked in), and that makes a significant distraction. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves room for improvement: bedlinen and towels had a worn and dirty feel even if we asked them to be changed. The room was not refurbished for a long time, and carpet was stained. An attempt to cover it all, there was a strong artificial scent which definitely wasn’t...
”Overall good value stay. Easy to commute to downtown, even by foot. A lot of nice places around to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel itself was bit worn out and no sound insulation whatsoever. Single glass window to street made sure one can hear conversations from the street. Still clean and bang for the buck.”
”Stayed one night for the BlackPink concert at Solider Field. Love this hotel. Not only the location to the concert venue but the stay was amazing. From the time I drove up to check in, the valet guy was helpful in getting me a cart and telling me not to worry about leaving my car parked up front as I check in.
