Our policy is to monitor the rooms and clean any rubbish.If you require extra cleaning, you can always mention this to our fabulous team at reception.I will pass on your comments regarding breakfast to management, guest feedback is very useful as we use it to improve our services in the future.We can't wait to welcome you back!

I am sorry to hear you had a bad night's sleep because of the noise from the bar downstairs. I wish you would have addressed this with us as we do offer earplugs at the front desk which could have helped. Hope your stay in Stockholm was otherwise enjoyable and hope to see you back some day.
