”Room was cleaned as good as it could, but stinking moldy and moist, even bed sheets. In the morning, the pool was suppose to open at eight, we kept asking when they'll open it and they told 10 mins, 15 mins, soon... They opened it just when we had to give rooms away. Very unhappy kids and disappointed parents.”

”Bed, floor and surfaces appeared to be clean, but areas around the bathroom sink needed to be wipped or an attempt to be clean, and the light switches and electrical outlets need to be wiped down. I guess smoking is allowed as there were two ash trays in the room, and there was an odor in the room, possibly from someone smoking.this is the second time I have been to a motel 6, and this was better than the previous motel 6 in harrisonburg. I have respiratory concerns, so being in a smoking...

”This was our second trip to Skyland and we were NOT impressed by either the room nor the food served at the place. The cost is outrageous and for that price I expected better lodging. The food was awful. My husband ordered the steak and it was nothing but grissle. Breakfast was not impressive either. Would not stay here again except that to get off and on Skyline Drive is a pain. So if you want to stay in the park you're stuck. May try Big Meadows but NEVER AGAIN in Skyland.”
