Location is fab and staff helpful. We arrived at 2am and needed an extra duvet, no one at reception. Waited 10 min and the staff came from outside - empty reception at night even for a moment does not feel completely safe. Small apartment as expected in London, doors had marks from handles as they have crashed into each other, this could be fixed. Still, because of rate and location I would recommend. Thumbs up for wooden floors.

"Everything was excellent except for the hiccup at the beginning where they forgot to stock up fridge with essentials for my late night arrival. There was no phone in the room and talking to an AI app did not help during late night hours where one donât feel like going all the way down to the reception ..."
