Positiivinen yllätys
Majoituimme neljännen kerroksen kattohuoneessa, jossa oli vino katto, joten pidemmillä ihmisillä voi olla hankaluuksia. Me kyllä pidimme kattohuoneistosta, vaikka lattiakin oli vinossa. Jäimme kaipaamaan jääkaappia huoneeseen sekä seinällä olevan television katselukulman säätömahdollisuutta, mutta kokonaisuudessaan vierailumme oli erittäin onnistunut. Happytime oli iloinen yllätys ja palvelu vastaanotossa oli erittäin positiivista ja hyvää. Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä, kaikki päänähtävyydet ovat kävelyetäisyydellä.

Very central to the Old City which is what I wanted. I could walk everywhere, and there were excellent food and shopping possibilities nearby. My room looked out onto the street, which was lovely, but since this is bar/tourist/resto central, it was extremely noisy late into the night. If that matters to you, ask for an interior room. Also, I have stayed at several Happy Culture hotels so I am used to the tiny rooms, but this one was almost too tiny to be functional. There was not enough space for me to open up my suitcase. If there had been two of us it would have been unmanageable.

Had a disappointing stay first I would say the daytime staff is very pleasant. I arrived early and after it was a possibility for an earlier check in before 3 PM they said probably not and that You need wss ok When I checked in and went to the room, there was loud banging coming from the floor above making it impossible to stay in the room. So I went downstairs and found out. They weren’t installing the floor upstairs and they would be done shortly. Well, not really -The banging continued tilafter 5pm. After returning frim dinner, returned to room to turn in. A little later, around 10 pm. heard a dripping noisr.Thw a/c over the door was lesking water all overvthe floor. Callef the 24 hr desk but no one answered So went down, rang the bell no one‘ is there The only person that was available to talk to was the bartender who did not speak any English and relayed that no one else was there! explain that there was water all over the floor and leaking out of the air conditioner got him to come upstairs and yes, he confirmed that and said he would tell the people the next morning shut the air-conditioning system off -No one could even provide rags of towels to dry up the floor. the next morning was checking out, and I explained to the desk what happened and I was told I should’ve called the desk-When I told him there was no one at the desk, he told me they’re supposed to be one? Well they didnt - would not recommend this hotel -location good- try another hotel!

Bel hôtel
Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, idéalement situé au calme. Personnel très sympathique et hospitalier. Petit déjeuner très bon, les produits sont de qualités et assez variés. En revanche l'insonorisation de l'hôtel est très mauvaise (on entend les gens au dessus tousser..., les gens dans le couloir comme s'ils étaient avec nous) A part le petit dej digne d'un 4 étoiles, les équipements ne sont pas au rendez vous ... (Exemple : pas de peignoir, pas de charlotte de douche) L'espace bar est confortable, nous avons aussi aimé le goûter mis à disposition entre 14h et 19h (très bons gâteaux !) L'esprit écolo de l'hôtel est aussi a noter ++++ (carafe libre service a la place des bouteilles d'eau) Nous recommandons donc si vous n'êtes pas sensible au bruit

The hotel has a great location. Within walking distance of everything! The room had a great size, the bathroom was pretty big and the bunk beds por my kids where great. Only issue I had was that the room was not that clean. A lot of dust under the beds and corners of the room. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again!

Localização muito boa
Começando pela localização, que é ótima, perto dos mercadinhos de natal, da estação de trem e da catedral. Sobre o quarto em que ficamos, era bem pequeno, assim como o banheiro, mas tinha o básico, então ok. O pessoal da recepção super simpáticos e prestativos. Não posso avaliar o café, pq optei por não incluir na diária. Nota: devido aos mercados de natal, a região em que fica o hotel, estava fechada para carros, ou seja tivemos que deixar nosso veículo em um estacionamento que fica a uns 15 min a pé do hotel. Então, sugiro que se informem com o estabelecimento antes de ir. ( achei muito legal que eles disponibilizam gratuitamente água, café e vinho quente na recepção )

I would not stay here again
I normally don't write bad reviews but....this hotel is in a good location to explore the old area but that is where the postives end. Rooms were way too hot and the noise from the street is awful. Homeless people around and the smallest rooms yet we have stayed at.

Perfekte Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch das Frühstück war super. Einzig unser Zimmer war wahnsinnig klein. Ich hatte noch nie so ein kleines Doppelzimmer. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen mit der Bitte für ein grösseres Zimmer.

There is restaurant ("Skaechele") where people tend to sit outside during the war months. If your sensitve to noise you should close the windows through the night (AC available)
