”Vanhaan 1600-luvulta peräisin olevaan rakennukseen remontoitu erinomainen hotelli. Huone oli viihtyisä, tyylikäs ja tilava. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Sijainti loistava.
Hinta/laatu -suhde oli erinomainen. Tosin ilmeisesti hinta eBookersin kautta oli huomattavasti listahintaa edullisempi.”

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min.
A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. Thank

”Very nice and clean hotel at 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. You can discover the city walking. I liked a lot the design and the way how responsibility was promoted at the hotel.”

”The hotel is right in the heart of the old town. Surrounded by shopping, dining, and sights like the cathedral. The room was very spacious and nice. We only stayed one night so we didn't try out the kitchen at all.”

”Clean nice room, great location and facility. Very nice breakfast. Room service quality depends on the person cleaning of the day, somehow tucks the bedsheet in together with the blanket, so when removing blanket, bedsheet comes out too. They forget to replace towels and water, but all it takes is a phone call and all problem would be solved so no issue. The front desk is amazing. The fitness center is not really a fitness center, just a sad gloomy room with a treadmill, bike and elliptical....
”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning.
This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken.
In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is wonderful - such an attractive and convenient area. To be able to park directly opposite with no charge was perfect. It was a safe and enjoyable 20 minute walk to the edge of the older part of the city.
The studio apartment was light and spacious with a lovely view over the park. We especially liked the little balcony. The bathroom was modern with a great shower.
We felt this was a high quality and good value stay - we’d recommend it in...

"A fine hotel and what a scent they have there! Not suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances, but we loved it. We walked first pass the hotel because it was hard to notice even if you were at the front door. We loved the decor of the hotel. The street was quite noisy sometimes. "
