House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are allowed but must not be left alone or allowed on the soft furnishings. There is a pet fee of 10 GBP / per pet / per stay.
- No hen/stag parties
- The sofa bed is free for children but there will be an extra charge of £10.00 per person per night for more than 2 adults.
