”My husband and I stayed at the Manchester View for 5 days while we were looking at houses. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade our room and it was wonderful. The room was so comfortable and spacious we didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend the Manchester View to anyone and if we ever have an overflow of relatives that come to visit, they will be staying at the Manchester View.”

”The Inn is in a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and a comfortable arm chair and good lamp provided a cozy place for R&R. The spacious common area & well kept grounds would be a very pleasant place to spend time with family and friends. I was advised in advance that the restaurant was not serving dinner, but the staff provided a list of eateries in the local area. I had a very good meal at the New American Grill. ”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”Breakfast was very nice and staff very friendly… unfortunately it is not very accessible if you have walking difficulties … all the bedrooms are on the second floor and there are no elevators… l wish l had known this before l had booked the room …. we stayed 1 night even though we had reserved 2 nights because of the difficulty of the stairs… It was however nice if no handicaps”
