”Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. ”

Only entertainment in the room was the Holy Bible that was left laying on the table. There were even no glasses on the room (are we supposed to drink straight from the tap?). ”The room was wonderful. SO spacious and well-appointed, extremely clean. Loved the excellent bedding, the soaking tub, the perfect water pressure in the shower. We did not expect the flat-screen TV, so it was a treat to have. Don't let the lack of restaurant bother you: There are plenty of great choices around, though you have a bit of a drive. For a leisurely romantic weekend, I can't think of a better place. ”

”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”
