”An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months”

”The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property. The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience. I asked for 15 minutes to finish my breakfast since checkout time was not yet reached, but the staff insisted on taking...

”Agree entirely with a previous review. Not an hotel, just a B&B with bar and a very limited menu. The proprietess wanted to talk at us. The son, considerably older than 21, came up to us in the bar and said his mother would be with us soon to serve us drinks. Clearly he was not authorized to. Why? So we waited another 5 --10 mins for her to appear. No hot water in room - neither shower nor wash basin. Reactions were "we know one of the hot water timers is faulty, but it's nearly time for annual...

” The stay was comfort, place was clean, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean facilities. Small touches like a welcome pack, and flowers were great. Furthermore breathtaking mountain not far away and green lush meadows, lakes and pine dense forests make it more attractive. ”

”Lovely lodge Lovely grounds lots of animals to see birds peacocks roaming in grounds . Only thing went for meal at main hotel and found it disappointing due to being over cooked or warmed and not over nice.. being the only ones in restaurant due to early seasons put it down to that.”
