Could be a much better hotel if it was updated, a good clean up, including outside.
Swimming pool advertised as open at 7am but wasn’t opening until 8am.
Due to power failure no cooked breakfast, but that wouldn’t have been a problem personally if the continental breakfast was adequate, very basic & disappointing.
I would not stay there again.

"Check-in was quick. Food in the restaurant for evening meal was good. Limited choice for breakfast if you didn’t want a cooked breakfast. Nice supply of toiletries if you wanted them. Room was in need of updating. Bathroom tiles cracked. Bath mat and toilet dirty. Limited car parking."

"Good location, but avoid the standard rooms — ours was over 30°C The hotel is decent enough and the location is genuinely good, which is what makes the rest of this worth writing. "Room was lovely and clean only down side was that bathroom was external, along the hallway, which was very inconvenient, even for access to water for the kettle. Towels looked old and could do with being replaced. Wouldnt choose to stay in that room again, but would return to stayin alternative room ..."
