Asunnot – Sugarloaf Key

”By the description of the property I was was hoping for an amazing experience. The house exterior looked like it was in need of clean up. It just looked like the construction crew left and no one did detail cleaning Our room was on the upper level. It was called the Star room. Apparently there was a methane gas leak somewhere, as our room, the entire stay smelled like an unflushed toilet. It was a lingering odor. We had fans in the room, which helped. The house has this lovely weather vane on...

”We stayed in the Deluxe Queen room for four nights in late February. The location is ideal, one block off of Duval St and a short three block walk to the ferry terminal to Dry Tortugas. Our first two days there were unseasonably cold and the heat was not working. One quick note to Brightwild mgmt and they brought us a space heater! We then had a sink not draining and again, one quick message to mgmt and they had a repair crew in with parts right away. Built in 1869, expect an aging building....

”This is the perfect location, a really nice property and great hosts managing it all. I would 100% book here again and recommend. I walked everywhere, including with my scuba gear to two different dive shops, easy short Uber ride from and back to the airport. The only thing I can say is — all good.”
