”This property was perfect for our needs. It was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see, had the amenities we were looking for, and the dogs were very comfortable too! While we could nitpick that a tissue box would have been nice, it really would come down to that tiny level of detail to find anything lacking. Host checked in at appropriate intervals and forgave a broken glass. We'd certainly go back and recommend to friends headed to Charleston!”

”My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! It was clean and the perfect size and location to be able to walk to everything! Check in was simple and beach access was so close it was perfect! Our first time to Folly Beach but definitely not our last. We loved eating our breakfast on the front porch!”

”The home was very clean and the the exterior views were amazing! The decor was warm and inviting. The space was perfect for our wedding! The Owner was always very responsive and easy to work with. ”

”The host was very helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. Although I live in Maine, and am used to the cold weather, the HVAC system and overhead fan did not adequately warm the downstairs area including the bathroom. The downstairs lighting was not particularly good in that the wall lights were not functional, so I turned the kitchen and bathroom lights on with the door open. All in all, other than these things, the space was clean and pretty well located to downtown.”
